About me

Hello, my friend, and welcome.

I'm so glad you've found your way to Bone & Mirror.

Bone & Mirror has been growing alongside me for the last six years. What began as a curiosity about tarot has gradually become something much deeper; it has become a home. A safe space where I can explore the many doorways into an expanded sense of self through tarot, mythology, psychology, embodiment, philosophy, and story.

Like many people, I started my tarot journey with guidebooks spread across the table, trying to memorise the meanings of seventy-eight cards. I believed becoming a "good" tarot reader meant learning the right interpretations and recalling them at the right moment.

Everything changed when I stopped asking, "What does this card mean?" and started asking, "How do I relate to this card?"

That question opened a series of doorways that completely transformed my practice.

The first was depth psychology. Through my studies at the Archetypal Tarot School with Mariana Louis, I discovered the work of Carl Jung, archetypes, and the collective unconscious. I began to see the tarot as a living symbolic system that reflects the universal patterns and stories woven through our lives.

The second doorway was embodiment. Through practices such as Qoya Inspired Movement and Embodied Flow Yoga, I started exploring the cards through the body. Instead of asking what an archetype meant, I became curious about how it felt. How does The Hermit live in my body? What happens when I move like Strength? The tarot became something I could experience.

The third doorway was Tantric philosophy. My continued studentship in the non-dual Śaiva Tantra tradition through Samavesa Yoga School has profoundly shaped the way I understand consciousness, presence, and the sacred. It continues to remind me that tarot is another way of paying attention to life itself.

Today, those explorations continue through my studies for an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology, where I'm fascinated by the meeting place between psychology, spirituality, embodiment, and human transformation.

That is what Bone & Mirror has become for me.

It is where all of these threads come together. A place where tarot sits alongside mythology, psychology, philosophy, movement, and imagination. A place where curiosity is valued more than certainty, and where learning is about cultivating relationship.

My hope isn't that you resonate with every part of my work, or that you read the cards exactly as I do.

I hope you borrow what speaks to you. Take the ideas that spark something. Experiment with the practices that help you feel more connected. Question the things that don't resonate. Build a tarot practice that is uniquely yours.

Because I don't believe there is one right way to read the cards.

I believe there are many doorways.

Bone & Mirror simply offers a few that have transformed my own life, and I hope that somewhere within them, you discover a doorway of your own.

Welcome home.

Beyond the Cards

Always Learning

Currently studying for an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology, with a deep love of lifelong learning.

Storytelling

You'll often find me around a D&D table or wandering through Middle-earth. Stories have always been one of my favourite ways to understand ourselves.

Movement

Cuban salsa, yoga, and embodied practices remind me that wisdom isn't only found in the mind; it lives in the body, too.
